Known for being a very diligent and highly focused team member, Rafal is very meticulous and methodical in his approach.
Dedicated at work, Rafal possesses an extraordinary drive to collect and analyze every piece of information on all projects he works on. His quest for challenge has earned him not only key positions in major companies but also a strong reputation for "making one" with numbers, figures and formulas. Rafal grew up in Poland. Thanks to his parents' strong emphasis on education with high focus on maths, he had no other choice than be an A student. Genuinely, Rafal credits all his former teachers, even the ones he used to strongly complain about and the ones who used to haunt him in his dreams at night, for having triggered in him that desire and drive to seek out every opportunity to learn and excel.
His first business analysis job out of college was with Ericsson Consulting where he conducted several projects focused on long-term strategies as well as wireless application service provider. After being recruited by freenet.de AG, he worked as a Product Manager before climbing of the management ranks to Business Analyst and Financial Controller at freenet.de where he became in charge of controlling, planning and budgeting. Rafal joined CarDelMar in June 2005 where he is head of the Pricing & Controlling department.

Rafal is now father of a one year old and full of energy little boy, Dominik, who teaches him what figures could never teach: patience, patience and patiencea. Perfect ingredient for him whenever he travels to Corsica enjoying the great sightseeing of the mountains, lakes and forests driving his Mini Cooper.
Rafal has a MSc in Management from Loughborough University and he is currently following a MBA program for Central and Eastern Europe from the European University "Viadrina.
