Every vehicle rented by CarDelMar has, in accordance with legal requirements of the country of rental, compulsory third party vehicle insurance for personal injury, property damage and pecuniary loss. This insurance cover is included, without surcharge, in the rental price. The liability cover is dependent on the relevant terms and conditions offered by the local car hire companies.
