You provided us with an excellent car, definitely an upgrade from what we have booked, or so it felt (Megane cdi special edition FRF) and the fact that it had only about 11000KM on it and it was loaded with almost every possible option made us feel very appreciated as customers. It even had a TomTom which was extremely helpful during our 2 weeks through the South of France. Excellent job, thank you!

We were provided with an alternative car to our booking request notwithstanding that the exact car was available. The car we were assigned was dirty and had numerous and obvious damage.

Since the new offices/car parking came about 100% improved. Had things not changed I was going to buy a car to avoid the rental experience.
