very long wait to pick up car,first car given was automatic instead of manual so more wait,second car was very poor for rental

The car I was given was a Puegeot 107 when I paid for a VW golf or equivelant. The Puegeot is in a cheaper price class and I wasn't offered any compensation.

Insurance scam?
Much more damage/scratches on the car than indicated on documentation. Needed to spend another hour finding a representative to accurately record existing damage. Not happy!
