Quick provision of the car and efficient system on return

Understaffed and thus very slow when it came to collecting the car and returning it.

Helpful, friendly receptionist. Delay in providing car but were then upgraded. Car was excellent. Full tank on collection and bring back full which is very welcome compared to some hire companies ripping you off with a full to empty rule.

I booked a MPV which was quoted as an Espace on your website this would have been adequate for 6 and all our baggage. Europcar had reserved a Ford C-Max for us and this is a smaller vehicle and there was no room for our bags, they had no larger 7 seater vehicles and after quite a bit of hassle and delay we managed to get a minibus instead. There was only 1 member of staff on the desk at a busy time and the whole experience was poor, although we were given the larger vehicle at no additional cost
