Online booking process was simple and voucher was ready to download in plenty of time before departure.

On the negative side, it was difficult to find the representative that was supposed to meet us to take us to the rental car. One would expect he'd be waiting right outside arrivals with a sign but he seemed to be walking around instead. We were just about to call the company when he managed to find us. On the plus side, the car rental process was quite smooth and we were very happy with our rental and coverage. We do wish that GPS was available for rent as ours did not function.

Was very good except needed more information about car pick up at airport. we were not meet at arrivals by rep with a name placard.. nor told where in airport to find car collect. as a result spent some time trying to locate europcar rep as it has no office there.

Very slick process, would recommend.

The car was a nearly new renault twingo, very clean and very economical. A fault developed with the windscreen wipers but I didn't try and get it fixed before taking the car back so can't comment on how well it would have been resolved. I couldn't fault the service either from car del mar or from sixt. Really simple, the car was ready and waiting for me, it was easy to drop off. The car wasn't checked in but I'm sure that wont be a problem.

Confrimation of reservation came through quite quickly. All good with Advantage at Bordeaux Airport. Car was as requested and in good clean condition. Very helpful agent on returning car. Unfortunately had shattered rear small side window due to stone. Will make claim and hope it goes through ok.

Fantastic service and great car for a good price. We will deffinately use Car Del Mar again and happy to recommend them.
