How to cancel a booking and what is the cost?
You can cancel your booking with CarDelMar up until 24 hours before the start of the car hire period. The cancellation can be carried out through our hotline 0905/ 848 0102 (0.25 GBP/min.). After the cancellation process you will receive a copy of the order of cancellation for your records.
Cancellation is free of charge in the 24 hours after the original booking, as long as the reservation has taken place more than 48 hours before rental begins.
Flat rate cancellation fees shall be charged as follows:
- More than 4 days before start of rental period 19.00 GBP
- Less than 4 days and up until 24 hours before beginning of rental period 49.00 GBP
-By cancellations during the 24 hours before beginning of the rental period as well as non-collection of the vehicle the customer is still obliged to pay the complete rental amount.
