The only one problem was that BravaCar charged me for the parking, but in fact I had booked bus shuttle. Maybe there was a problem on the CardelMar website. But I made a claim to CarDelMar and they took me back the money. So it was OK. The returning of the money took 15 working days. It is not express, but it is OK.

I booked the car hire on line. Your policy and terms and conditions clearly stated no hidden charges. Upon collecting the car i was asked and had to pay 290.24 eruos extra for hidden charges. I have emailed regarding this but have not had any response.

i think i got a much better deal than if i would have done the deal directly thru Thrifty.
