False advertising on car location and insurance costs

Overall positive experience apart from some confusion when I needed to cancel an earlier booking. It was quite hard to find contact info so I could call/email to cancel the booking.

I paid for the reservation with my debit card which your website accepted only to find out after that the car rental company do not accept debit cards. I tried immediately to cancel my reservation but your website could not find the reservation number. I tried to call your helpline but it was unavailable as it was the weekend. I phoned your company on the following Monday and a rude person told me I was not eligible for a refund as I cancelled less than 24 hours before the booking (even though I tried to cancel immediately). It is fraudulent of you to accept payment using a debit card knowing that the rental cannot be completed. I would never use your service again and I would never recommend you. I have already put a bad review on Twitter and Facebook where is you search #cardelmar you will see there are numerous complaints about your company. I wish I had searched before I made the booking as I would never have used you if I saw your bad reviews
