So far, I am undecided about who made the mistake with the daily limited mileage, so I will rate you poor. If I am charged extra by Firefly beyond the 540 km, I will expect a full refund from Car del Mar on that extra. If Car del Mar refunds me, I will change my rating to 5 stars.

First I made a booking for a car for 104 GBP, then I waited over ten days without hearing from you or getting the usual e-mail with the confirmation and pre-paid voucher. When I called you, I was told that that deal was gone and I was offered a new deal for 182 GBP, i.e. 68 GBP more. Why was I not informed immediately or within three days that the original deal was not available anymore??!! I was told that somebody did call me, but I neither received a voice message nor an e-mail, so cannot say whether this was true or not. Also, the car rental companies CarDelMar engages with, of the kinds of 'Goldcar', is utter rubbish, that try to defraud customers (see my previous entry on Goldcar). I believe that if CarDelMar wants to improve its reputation, it needs to be more selective with the car rental companies it works together with!

This company shouldn't be on your system.I booked through sky scanner and chose your company over others of the same price as it had a good star rating. The service we received from Green Motion was shocking and from speaking to people there we were lucky as people had waited up to 3 hours previously. You're clearly not vetting these companies properly.
