How can I change or cancel my booking?
Bookings cannot be changed after confirmation. We can however help you with cancelling and rebooking. Please call us on our service hotline: +44 (0) 203 788 4464 (costs may vary depending on your phone provider).
If you want to add additional equipment, for example a navigation system or child seats, you must call us at least 24 hours before the pick-up date. Please be aware that additional equipment depends on availability at the local car hire company.
If you would like to cancel your booking up to 24 hours before collecting the car, you do not need to call us. You can simply cancel the vehicle you have hired online through "My CarDelMar"
