How can I change or cancel my booking?

You can change your booking or add additional equipment, for example a navigation system or children's seats, to your reservation up to 24 hours before the collection date by calling our service hotline at the following telephone number: +49 (0)69 153 253 050 (calls are to a German landline; costs vary depending on the provider). Additional equipment depends on availability at the local car hire company.
If you would like to cancel your booking up to 24 hours before collecting the car, you do not need to make a telephone call. You can simply cancel the vehicle you have hired in the "My CarDelMar"
