How can I report damage or make a complaint?

The only way to make a complaint or report damage and thus have the deductible reimbursed is to start a process via our web-based customer service programme.
To do so, we need all of the information (including documents) in writing. This is why it is not possible to start a process by telephone.

  • Only credit card payment is accepted by CarDelMar (MasterCard, Visa)
  • A credit card in the name of the driver must be provided at the place of pick up for the security deposit
