From now on, comparing hire car prices can save you money!

If you find another local car hire broker offering the same car hire package at a cheaper price than CarDelMar up to 24 hours after booking, we will happily match their price.

Our Terms and Conditions

The offer from CarDelMar.co.uk and the offer from the other UK car hire broker have to:

  • be exactly the same. This means that the destination, the pick up and drop off stations, the hire period, car category, add-on extras, additional costs (taxes and fees) and the insurance package must all be identical.
  • be in the same currency (£ Sterling).

The Low Price Guarantee is not valid for:

  • bookings made on request.
  • competitive prices submitted after 24hrs of having booked with CarDelMar.
  • bookings made through travel agencies or partner websites.
  • bookings in combination with discounts or other promotions
  • offers through car hire suppliers.
  • individual cases, when a price match is not available due to the guidelines of the respective hire car provider.

How our Low Price Guarantee works:

  1. First, you need to locate a UK car hire broker who is offering exactly the same hire car package as can be found on CarDelMar.co.uk. The offer should be at a cheaper price up to 24 hours after having placed your booking.

  2. Send us an email to the address bestprice@cardelmar.com or fill out the form below.

    To be able to compare the offers you have found, we ask you to send us the following information:

    - your full name
    - your daytime telephone number
    - CarDelMar booking number (if applicable)
    - the name of the other car hire provider
    - the price of the cheaper offer
    - URL/ link to the cheaper offer
    - a screenshot* of the cheaper offer

  3. Our Pricing department will verify the offer from the other company and, if all the information is correct, they will match the price.

  4. Now you're free to have a wonderful holiday with your unbeatably priced hire car! 

*What is a screenshot?

By pressing the ‘Print screen’ button on your keyboard, your computer will take a picture of what is on your screen and copy it to your clipboard. This image can then be pasted into other documents such as an email.

In order to use this function for our offer, open the website where the more competitive price is shown, maximize the window and press the ‘Print screen’ button. You can then open a new email, an image program, a Word or a Powerpoint document and paste the image there (pressing both Ctrl and the V key). Add the additional requested information to an email and if the image is not already there, you can add it as an attachment in one of the following formats: .pdf, .doc(x), .jpg, .ppt(x). The file should not exceed 1MB in size.
